Liquefaction

From November 2022, councils New Zealand-wide have started requesting liquefaction reports for all new builds and renovations.

NPDC has created a simplified liquefaction template, to help clients achieve the required liquefaction reports needed. This is where we come in. 

​

We offer simplified Liquefaction testing to assess if your site meets the council regulations for your new build or renovations, at a fraction of the cost compared to a full geotechnical report.

​

We auger down 4m and grab soil samples. 

The samples from the holes are then assessed by an engineer who provides a report of her findings and the site as per the simplified liquefaction option from the NPDC.
